As an Architectural Assistant/Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our projects. You'll work closely with senior architects, designers, and clients to bring their visions to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, while developing your skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior architects in the development and execution of architectural projects, from concept to completion.
• Prepare and maintain detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare project presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid is a plus.
• Passion for architecture and a desire to grow into a project leader.
