📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Manage and supervise the store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other management reports.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
