📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, information, and purchases.
- Promote sales and special offers to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and ensure proper product display.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
