📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and resolve logistics-related claims, disputes, and compliance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to logistics partners and internal teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and compliance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
