As an MEFPS Engineer at Jasa Property Holdings, Inc., you'll be responsible for creating detailed designs and specifications for MEFPS systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. You'll collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, delivering high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of each project. With a competitive salary of PHP 22,000 - 25,000 per month, this role offers both professional growth and financial rewards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing (MEFPS) systems for residential and commercial properties
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEFPS installations
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Maintain and update MEFPS system documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEFPS design and engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
• Strong understanding of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid professional engineering license preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
