SHI FONG AGRICULTURE TRADING is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth in the agricultural sector. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging with farmers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring our products reach the right customers.

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be on the front lines, visiting farms and markets to understand customer needs and promote our high-quality agricultural products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales calls and visits to farms and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Promote our high-quality agricultural products and ensure they reach the right customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural products and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
