📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
