📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
• Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring lease agreements are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient property maintenance.
• Monitor property performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
• Implement strategies to enhance property value and attract new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on property performance and financial status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available commercial spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a strong background in lease administration and tenant relations.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or BuildingIQ.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in property management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
