📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and customer service standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the store's success.,Monitor and maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment.,Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and other department heads to achieve store goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.,Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
