📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
