📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
