As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks related to payroll and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
