Root Shine Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tulungagung. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
