Star Local Lestari is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about training and development, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development is a plus
