📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end import/export operations, from documentation to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Optimize supply chain processes using SAP and other logistics software to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and sales to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain performance.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations and best practices in logistics.
• Provide training and support to logistics team members on new systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable improvements.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
