📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of risk and recommendations for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit findings and actions taken.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
