📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and updates.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
