📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.,Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Conduct regular customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
