📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project delivery.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
