📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of employees to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Monitor branch performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Represent the company at local events and community activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
