📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
