📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, from vendor selection to order placement and delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
