📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for the role.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
