📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel occasionally for store visits and meetings.
