PT Pratama Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Maros.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet organizational goals.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
