📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations,Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the hiring process,Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia,Fluency in both English and Indonesian
