We are currently looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our shop, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Stock and organize products on the shelves to maintain a neat and attractive shop display.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Assist with inventory management and restocking products as required.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment or similar role.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic computer applications.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
