📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping and delivery.,Oversee the work of the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales operations and increase efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure that our products are being promoted and distributed effectively.,Ensure that all sales operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports to management on the status of sales operations and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales operations or related role.,Strong knowledge of sales operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping and delivery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
