📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of Compilation Associates to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.,Oversee the compilation process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving complex accounting issues.,Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to financial reporting and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
