📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and efficiency.,Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and systems.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software solutions.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.,Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
