📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Coordinate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions.,Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
