Base Bright Berjaya is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies,Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs,Monitor and report on sales performance and trends,Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and incentives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
