📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components and systems for various projects.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and industry trends.,Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode).,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
