📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.,Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Achieving monthly sales targets and quotas.,Providing regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
