📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct surveys and gather feedback from the community to assess satisfaction levels with public services.
• Analyze data using tools like Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau to identify trends and patterns in community feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to address identified service gaps and improve citizen satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various government departments to ensure that public services are aligned with community needs.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of community satisfaction initiatives to measure their impact.
• Stay updated with the latest best practices and trends in community satisfaction analysis and public service improvement.
• Provide training and support to government staff on the importance of community feedback and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community satisfaction analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with government operations and public service delivery.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
