📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support operational needs
• Identify and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Support the procurement team in achieving operational goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic procurement and supplier management
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements
• Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
