📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial health of Fersal Hotel Group's properties, including Fersal Hotel, Fersal Villas, and Fersal Resort in Badung, Bali.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or finance industry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of local and national tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
