📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements, using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
• Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with experience using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel as required, including to project sites and client locations.
• Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency, with the ability to obtain a work permit if required.
