📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and conduct clinical trials in accordance with international guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement research protocols.
Monitor and report on trial progress, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Analyze and interpret clinical data using statistical software such as SAS and SPSS.
Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and medical conferences.
Provide clinical guidance to research staff and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical data.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical research and healthcare technology.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research or related field.
Proven track record of conducting and managing clinical trials.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research.
Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience using SAS and SPSS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
